About the Role
We are seekingexperienced and reliable Disability Support Workers(male and female) forimmediate startacross theFraser Coast region.
This role will see you supporting participants withComplex Care needsincludingSeizure Management,PEG Feeding, andTracheostomy Care, as well as daily living and community participation supports.
As part of our dedicated team, you will:
Support children, young people, and adults living with disability
Providehigh-quality person-centred carein both individual and group settings
Assist with personal care, medication, domestic tasks, and skill development
Support participants to access their communities and live fulfilling lives

What We're Looking For
We are looking for team members who are:
Fully availableacross all shifts —mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays
Confident and willing to trainwithin Complex Care teams
Physically fit and emotionally resilient
Strong communicators with great attention to detail
Able to follow support plans and maintain accurate documentation
Committed to professional boundaries and ethical practice
Essential Requirements
Current QLD Driver's Licence
Registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
CurrentBlue CardandNDIS Worker Screening Check(or willingness to obtain)
CurrentFirst Aid and CPR Certificate(or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to undertakeComplex CareandMedication Administrationtraining
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Pay & Advantages
Employment Type:Casual
Award:Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award ****
Pay Rate:Based on classification and experience, including allapplicable penalty rates,weekend and public holiday loadings, andsleepover allowances
Additional Benefits:QLeave portable long service benefits
