About the role
This is a full-time position working across commercial and residential polished concrete projects throughout Melbourne's south east.
We'll train you from the ground up — but our goal is to get you operating and managing your own jobs as quickly as possible.
We're not looking for someone to hand tools to forever; we're looking for someone who wants to grow into a key part of the business.
What you'll be doing
Preparing, polishing, and finishing concrete floors to a high standard on a range of project types
Operating specialised polishing machinery safely and effectively
Learning to plan and coordinate jobs from start to finish
Working directly with clients and builders to deliver outstanding results on time
Progressing toward managing your own projects
What we're looking for
Someone based in Melbourne's south east — Dandenong, Ringwood, Berwick, Cranbourne, Croydon, Lilydale, or surrounding areas
Experience in concrete polishing or a related trade is a bonus — but we'll train the right person from scratch
A strong eye for detail and a real commitment to quality
Physically fit and happy to be on your feet all day
Good communicator who can work well with a team and clients alike
Reliable, self-motivated, and hungry to take on responsibility
