We're seeking a passionateBehaviour Support Practitionerto join our growing team supporting NDIS participants acrossMelbourne, VIC.
What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive assessmentsand develop tailored behaviour support plans
Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes
Provide training and guidanceto families, carers, and support staff
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary teamto deliver integrated care
Maintain accurate client recordsand meet all compliance requirements
Engage in ongoing professional developmentto stay across best practice
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualifications inPsychology, Social Work, or a related field




BSP Registered Practitioners
Strong understanding ofevidence-based behaviour support approaches
Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team
Driver's licenceand willingness to travel locally as required
