Marist180 in NSW is seeking a Caseworker for the Stepdown Program on a full time basis.
The role develops and implements Therapeutic Case Plans to support children and young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care, assisting them to progress toward family reunification, independent living, or more permanent placements.
You will participate in on-call rosters, collaborate with the Therapeutic Specialist and care teams, maintain high-quality records, and ensure alignment with NDIS where applicable.
