An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced planner to join a well-respected planning consultancy in South Australia.
With offices across multiple states and a strong client portfolio across both the public and private sector, they're positioned for growth and are going through a period of transformation and refreshment.

As a Senior Planning Consultant, You'll play a key role in shaping projects that spanresidential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure sectorsfrom regional strategies and planning studies toCode Amendments and land use frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a range ofstrategic and policy planning projects, including rezoning and Code Amendments.
Provideplanning advice and documentationto support statutory and strategic processes.
Coordinate with local and state government stakeholders to ensure robust and practical outcomes.
Manage project programs, budgets, and reporting with professionalism and accountability.
Participate in the preparation of tenders, proposals, and internal project reviews.
About You
You'll bring a solid mix oftechnical capability, strategic insight, and project management skills, with a genuine passion for shaping better places through planning excellence.
We're looking for someone with:
Demonstrated experience instrategic and policy planning, includingCode Amendmentswithin South Australia.
Strong working knowledge of theSouth Australian Planning and Design Codeand relevant legislation.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in Urban or Regional Planning (or a related discipline)
This role will suit a technically strong, motivated planner who enjoys problem-solving, working autonomously, and contributing to meaningful, long-term planning outcomes.
