This is an exciting opportunity to join a commercially driven business with an established international presence and a strong focus on innovation, customer experience and operational efficiency.
We're looking to speak with hands‐on technology leaders who come from product‐led, startup, scale‐up or digitally driven environments and who still enjoy being close to technology, platforms and delivery.
This role will suit someone with strong full stack development foundations who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution across digital products, integrations and AI‐enabled workflows.

What you'll do:
Own and evolve customer‐facing digital platforms and connected systems
Lead a small full stack development team across Australia and offshore
Drive platform scalability, integrations, reporting capability and workflow optimisation




Assess and prioritise technology initiatives based on business value and commercial outcomes
Improve customer engagement, onboarding and digital experiences
Introduce AI and automation solutions that improve speed, efficiency and delivery outcomes
Act as the technical lead across stakeholder and integration conversations
Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver practical technology solutions
Own platform reliability, governance, vendor management and ongoing system improvements
Drive continuous improvement with a quick, iterative and pragmatic mindset
What we're looking for:
Strong background in full stack software development
Experience leading digital products, platforms or customer‐facing technology environments
Hands‐on technical leadership capability with the ability to stay close to delivery
Background within startup, scale‐up, SaaS, ecommerce or digitally driven businesses
Strong understanding of modern web technologies, integrations and scalable platforms
Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‐technical audiences
Experience leading agile development teams
Exposure to AI implementation, workflow automation and modern development tooling
Strategic thinker who can balance innovation with practical delivery
Someone who enjoys building, improving and evolving digital products and platforms
