What you'll be doing
Actively prospect and source current car finance opportunities through outbound sales activities
Liaise with customers to understand their finance requirements and facilitate the finance application and approval process to provide tailored solutions
Build relationships with existing customers and provide great service to drive repeat business
Achieve individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an asset finance broker role
Robust interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and lender partners
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities




Thorough understanding of car finance products, lending criteria and regulations
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
