Planned Resources is currently partnering with a Surveying and Town Planning consultancy seeking a Town Planner to join their growing team.
This organisation delivers a diverse portfolio of development applications, including residential projects, MCUs, student accommodation, land subdivisions, and specialised developments such as battery recycling facilities.
With a strong and continuously expanding pipeline of work from **** onwards, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business in growth mode.
The Role
As a Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing the development application process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, managing, and lodging development and planning permit applications
Writing high-quality planning reports
Responding to Requests for Information (RFIs)
Liaising with and maintaining strong relationships with local councils




Supporting a range of projects across multiple development sectors

About You
Minimum 1 year of experience working within the Queensland planning system (experience in SEQ highly regarded)
Solid written communication and report-writing skills
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
Valid Australian working rights (international applicants cannot be considered)
Salary & Benefits
From $75k + super up to $110k + super depending on experience
