We're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Claims Coordinator to join our friendly team.

The Role
As a Claims Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the flow of insurance repair projects from start to finish.
You'll be the link between clients, insurers, trades, and our internal team, ensuring jobs stay on track and customers remain informed, to deliver a seamless claims experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound phone enquiries
Monitor and manage shared inboxes
Coordinate trade allocations and job scheduling
Provide updates to clients, insurers, and stakeholders
Data entry, reporting, and workflow management




Support supervisors and estimators with administration tasks
About You
Minimum 2 years in customer service and/or administration experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
Quick to learn new software and processes
Able to manage completing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Brings a positive, proactive attitude to the team
Experience in building, construction, insurance, or claims is highly regarded but not essential.
Full training will be provided for the right person.
