About the role Westpac Group is developing a new enterprise CRM system that will utilize Microsoft Dynamics, enhanced by solid data foundations, integrations, and analytics.
We seek CRM Product Owners to become part of a new team responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for this initiative.

What you'll do
Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the CRM system, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and enhancements that meet user needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership or management within a technology or data-driven environment.
Strong understanding of CRM systems,



particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
Nice to have
Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
Familiarity with data analytics and integration processes.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and CRM-related technologies.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
