Job Description
A25 Pizzeria – South Yarra & Melbourne CBD Salary From $79,500 per annum plus Superannuation, with higher remuneration available based on skills, qualifications and experience.
A25 Pizzeria is an award-winning Melbourne hospitality group with venues in South Yarra and Melbourne CBD.
Known for authentic Italian cuisine, quality ingredients and exceptional service, we are seeking experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
You will assist in delivering high-quality food and maintaining the standards that A25 is known for.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas, pasta, antipasti and other Italian dishes.
Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards.
Assist with daily kitchen operations and service periods.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.




Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen.
Commercial Cookery qualifications preferred for Chef positions.
Italian cuisine experience highly regarded.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
