About the Role
As an IT Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance.
You'll provide responsive support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies while ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop and printer issues.
Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Assist with password resets, account administration and user access requests.
Log, prioritise and manage support tickets through the ITSM system.
Escalate complex issues where required while maintaining clear documentation.
Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades and software installations.
Support remote users and VPN connectivity.
Contribute to asset management and technology lifecycle activities




Promote cybersecurity awareness and IT best practices.
About You
You'll bring a passion for customer service and technology, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly way.
Skills & Experience
Experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support or a similar role.
Exposure to Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with laptops, desktops, printers and end-user devices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
Desirable
Certificate IV in Information Technology, CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation.
Exposure to Active Directory, Cisco, VMware or Linux environments.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
