We are an established engineering business based in Kilsyth, specialising in the manufacture, repair, and maintenance of heavy equipment and components for the earthmoving and construction industries.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Boilermaker to join our team.
About the role
This is a full-time hands-on workshop role involving fabrication, welding, repairs, and maintenance of a range of earthmoving machinery and heavy equipment.
You will be working both independently and as part of a skilled and supportive team.
This role is for an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
Fabrication, welding, and repair of heavy steel components
Maintenance and overhaul of earthmoving machinery and attachments
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Ensuring all work meets high-quality and safety standards




Workshop-based work with occasional field repairs as required
About you
Experience working with earthmoving machinery and equipment (highly regarded)
Ability to work from drawings and plans
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
