This is a hands-on role whereyou'lldesign, develop, test,commissionand support automation solutions for world-class food processing equipment, working with customers across Australia and internationally.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will play a key role in delivering automation and control solutions throughout the full project lifecycle, from design and development through to installation,commissioningand ongoing customer support.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and developing industrial control systems for automated food processing machinery
Programming andmodifyingPLC, HMI,SCADAand motion control systems
Conducting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Performing commissioning activities at customer sites
Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, control and automation issues
Providing technical support,upgradesand optimisation solutions for existing equipment
Collaborating with customers,



project teams,suppliersand service teams to ensure successful project delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics,Automationor a related discipline
Experience designing,programmingand commissioning industrial automation and control systems
Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI,SCADAand motion control platforms
Proven experience conducting FAT,SATand commissioning activities
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills across industrial machinery and control systems
The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technicaldrawingsand engineering documentation
A strong understanding of machinery safety, electricalstandardsand WHS requirements
Excellent communication,problem-solvingand stakeholder management skills.
