About You
2-3 years proven experience as a Powder Coater .
Demonstrated knowledge of powder coating equipment, application techniques, surface preparation, and quality standards.
Experience coating aluminium extrusions or architectural aluminium products.
Experience with quality inspections, film thickness testing, and identifying coating defects.
Strong commitment to producing high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Current Forklift Licence (LF)




Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced production environment
Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
About the Role
Apply powder using manual and automated spray guns to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes mainly on aluminium extrusions and similar products
Prepare aluminium and metal products through cleaning and pre-treatment processes
Monitor and adjust spray equipment and curing ovens to ensure coating quality and compliance with specifications
Conduct quality inspections and perform touch-ups or rework where required
Hang, rack and unload products throughout the coating process
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment while following all workplace safety procedures
