About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager with robust leadership and customer service skills to manage our team.
As Pharmacist Manager, you will take ownership of dispensary operations, mentor and support your team, and play an integral role in delivering exceptional service to the local community, dispensing and checking prescriptions, counselling on medications to achieve optimal outcomes, 8CPA's, managing stock orders, vaccinations, setting and monitoring budgets and KPI's and more
About our Ideal Candidate:
You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
You have strong communications and interpersonal skills
You are reliable and trustworthy
You are friendly and approachable
You are hardworking and not afraid to get out on the shop floor
You are accredited to vaccinate
You have previous management or PIC experience
You are able to handle pressure




You are able to build rapport with the community
You have good leadership skills
You have strong organisational and management skills
About the Location:
Located in a charming seaside town on the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula, this destination is known for its relaxed coastal vibe, historic limestone buildings, and sweeping ocean views.
It sits near the narrow entrance to Port Phillip Bay, where the bay meets the open ocean, giving the area both calm bay beaches and rugged surf coastlines.
The Offer:
Full time hours on a negotiable roster which may include some weekend shifts.
Very attractive negotiable rate based on experience.
Additionally we are offering 3 months accommodation subsidy for the right candidate.
