VincentCare Victoria and VincentCare Community Housing are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of a diverse property portfolio, including community housing, supported accommodation and critical service facilities across Victoria.
Working within the Housing & Property Strategy Division and reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our assets remain safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for purpose, while supporting some of Victoria's most vulnerable people.
You will be responsible for:
Managing the long-term asset management and lifecycle plans
Managing preventative maintenance and building compliance programs
Overseeing contractor performance and service delivery
Providing technical advice on building condition, risk and asset investment
Building strong relationships with operational stakeholders across the organisation
Supporting continuous improvement through asset data and reporting

About you
You will bring:
Significant experience in asset management, facilities management, building services or property management
Experience managing complex property portfolios
Strong knowledge of building compliance, Essential Safety Measures and maintenance planning




Experience delivering capital works and contractor management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A qualification in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
A current Victorian Drivers Licence
