Accounts Executive
Carrum Downs | Full-Time | 5 Days On-Site | $85,000 - $95,000 Base + SuperA well-established and growing FMCG/food manufacturing business is seeking an experiencedAccount Executiveto join its commercial team.
This is a fantastic chance for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to play a central role in supporting sales operations, customer engagement and demand planning across a fast-paced, values-led organisation.
Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with customer service, export and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of customer plans, reporting, forecasting and day-to-day account support.
The Role This hands-on position suits someone who thrives across multiple priorities and enjoys being genuinely embedded in the commercial function.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer portals and ensuring accurate, timely submission of information
Executing promotional activity and processing promotional submissions
Supporting sales forecasting and demand planning, including contribution to S&OP; processes
Maintaining customer data integrity and product maintenance activities
Assisting with new product launches and range reviews




Producing sales reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making
Acting as a key link between customer requirements and internal teams including Finance, Production and Quality
Contributing to continuous improvement across systems and processes
About You
Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or account management role within FMCG, food manufacturing or broader consumer goods
Essential:hands-on experience working with major grocery retailers and their systems — specifically theColes or Woolworths portal
Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel capability, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Experience with SAP (particularly SAP Business One) advantageous but not essential
Resilient, adaptable and self-sufficient, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable working within a close-knit, family-oriented business environment where initiative and accountability are valued
Strong communicator, confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
