Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Hands to join a leading manufacturing operation based in Campbellfield.
These positions are for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday across day and afternoon shifts within a fast-paced production environment.
The role involves hands-on work across packing lines, palletising and general factory duties.
About your new role:
Production line packing and assembly work
Packing, labelling and scanning products
Building and making boxes for dispatch
Palletising finished goods
Using tape guns and basic packing equipment
Maintaining accuracy and quality control on the line
Following safety procedures and production standards
General housekeeping and warehouse support duties
About you:
Previous experience in production line or packing roles (essential)




Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and good organisational skills
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment'
Comfortable completing pre-start inductions prior to commencement
