You will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities
Greeting guests warmly and seating them at tables in accordance with restaurant procedures
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, with comprehensive product knowledge
Serving meals and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Responding to guest enquiries and special requests with courtesy and attentiveness
Clearing tables promptly and maintaining a clean, tidy dining setting
Processing payments and managing the point-of-sale system accurately
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Adhering to food safety, health and hygiene standards and company policies
Maintaining professional appearance and demeanour throughout shifts
What we're looking for
Previous experience in waiting or front-of-house hospitality roles (preferred but not essential)
Must be locals to the area
No ongoing commitments with UNE that may affect availability




Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility and reliability, with availability for casual shifts including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude, team player mentality and willingness to support colleagues
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
Australian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain it
