Ballarat Grammar School is seeking an experienced and highly capable change management specialist to lead, coordinate and oversee key whole-school improvement initiatives arising from the School's recentIntersection Cultural Review.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Extensive experience planning and coordinating organisational change projects or initiatives.
Extensive experience developing and presenting governance reports.




Strong understanding of risk management and performance measurement principles.
Ability to work positively and collaboratively with stakeholders on complex matters.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop strategic and operational solutions.
Ability to translate complex information into plain language actions and processes.
