Office based position that will involve delivering 1-2 projects simultaneously within the Industrial and Commercial sector on projects spanning up to $100M for longstanding award winning builder.

Responsibilities
Letting and vetting various subcontractor packages




Assisting Project Manager and relevant personnel with creating program and timelines
Submitting RFI's, NOD's and EOT's
Procurement of trades
Quality assurance and general coordination
Keep track of project financials and budgets
Experience required
2+ years of headcontractor experience for a commercial builder in either a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator capacity
Previous Industrial project experience heavily favorable
Ideally proficient with ProcurePro, Procore and Jobpac softwares
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Team player mindset and willing to learn attitude
