The Role
We are seeking an Registered Nurse to take on the role of SIL Supervisor, support worker education.
You'll play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are delivered across our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support SIL coordinators across multiple homes
Onboarding current clients, Conduct clinical assessments and develop clients' care plans in collaboration with allied health professionals
Provide staff training and competency checks for support workers
Facilitating medication management and incident reviews




Work with roster team and support team ensure safe and quality services provided to the Clients
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and company policies
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong knowledge of NDIS and SIL frameworks
Passionate about person-centred care and staff development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
