Mercure Albury is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Casual Cook to join our kitchen team. This role covers breakfast and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
As a Casual Cook you will prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, and assist with stock rotation. You will work with the Head Chef and team to deliver a high-quality dining experience.
