The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Client Advisorto join their Collins Street Boutique.
As a ClientAdvisor, youwill focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and embodying the brand's values.
This role is pivotal in fostering a positive, team-oriented team culture.You will beresponsible for delivering exceptional, personalised service that builds long‐term relationships with high‐value clientele.
You will alsomaintain deep product knowledge and support the overall boutique performance through sales excellence and impeccable brand representation.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury retail,



preferably within fine jewellery, timepieces, or high‐end fashion.
Exceptional clienteling skills, a genuine passion for storytelling around craftsmanship and heritage, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences are essential.
You will exhibit operational excellence, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
