The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of an established territory while continuing to develop new business opportunities across civil contractors, earthmoving companies, builders, local government and equipment owners.
Your success will come from building genuine long-term relationships, identifying customer needs and delivering equipment solutions that help your clients grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities throughout Melbourne's Western Suburbs




Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Conduct equipment demonstrations and site visits
Prepare quotations and negotiate sales contracts
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM
Work closely with the service and parts departments to deliver exceptional customer support
About You
To be successful you will ideally have:
Proven experience selling construction, earthmoving or capital equipment
Strong business development and account management skills
A genuine passion for building long-term customer relationships
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
High levels of motivation and professionalism
Current driver's licence
