Expression of Interest - Client / IT Support Administrator
We are seeking expressions of interest from motivatedIT professionalsinterested in supporting Box Hill Institute's Defence Department atSimpson Barracks, Watsonia.Working in a secure Defence environment, this area delivers critical IT support and innovative learning technologies that contribute to Defence training outcomes.

This EOI is an opportunity to register your interest in a futureClient / IT Support Administratorrole within the Defence Faculty.

Salary is $76,950 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

In this role, you will:
Deliver client‐focused IT support across BHI Defence Faculty learning platforms, including Moodle and other digital delivery tools
Support the delivery and maintenance of Defence IT solutions, assets, and systems
Respond to IT and client enquiries accurately and in line with service standards
Assist with system integration, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support IT training, standard operating environments, and compliance requirements
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and Defence stakeholders
About you
You're a proactive IT support professional with a strong service mindset and the ability to work confidently in a secure, rapid‐paced environment.
You bring:
Qualifications or experience in Information Technology
Strong experience supporting software platforms and end‐user hardware
A client‐centric approach and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
The ability to obtain and maintain NV1 security clearance
