We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager who takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
We're not looking for someone to simply manage a portfolio. We're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted adviser to their landlords and an integral part of our long-term growth.

Your responsibilities
Manage your portfolio from start to finish with experienced team support.




Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants.
Coordinate maintenance efficiently and proactively.
Conduct lease renewals and routine tenancy management.
Ensure compliance with Victorian legislation.
Identify opportunities to maximise rental returns for clients.
Maintain accurate records and consistently high service standards.
You'll be successful if you have
Minimum three years' experience managing your own residential portfolio.
Strong knowledge of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation.
Calm under pressure with exceptional organisational skills.
A professional, solutions-focused approach.
Agent's Representative Certificate.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
