About the role Ventia is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team.
This position is available on a contract basis, with an immediate start.
Once you are settled into your role, you will have the option for a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.

What you'll do
Design and implement electrical systems for various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
A solid understanding of electrical codes and standards.
Nice to have




Experience with renewable energy systems.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Skills & tools
AutoCAD, MATLAB, and other relevant engineering software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication abilities for effective teamwork.
Practical notes
Candidates must be willing to travel occasionally for project needs, with travel expenses covered.
This role is open to candidates from any major metropolitan area on the East Coast, including Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
