About the Role
As the Retail Manager, you'll work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge to lead the front-of-shop operations, drive team performance, and ensure the store runs smoothly day to day.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the retail team
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong community relationships
Oversee stock control, merchandising, and promotional execution




Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance (QSPP)
Manage rosters to wages budget, daily operations, and workflow coordination
Support sales growth and achieve store performance targets
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
About You
Previous experience in a Retail Manager or Supervisor role (pharmacy highly desirable)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for customer service and community care
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Well organized, proactive, and solutions- focused
Experience with stock management, merchandising, and team leadership
