Efficient patient file management, patient bookings, billing and accounts management.
Experience with medical practice management software systems is required.

What You Bring
Thrives on taking ownership of administrative tasks and handling complex administrative situations.
Has a track record of delivering efficient administration.
Possesses a minimum of 1+ years of administrative experience.
Communicates effectively and builds trust across teams.
Must hold permanent resident status or Australian citizenship.
Medical Reception in a Specialist setting or healthcare administration experience is preferred.
Mandarin/Cantonese speaking highly regarded
