What you'll be doing
Partnering with stakeholders to provide practical, solutions-focused HSW advice
Supporting risk assessments, hazard management and safe systems of work
Facilitating incident investigations with a learning-focused, continuous improvement mindset
Building capability and strengthening safety culture through coaching and engagement
Working directly with teams in operational environments rather than from behind a desk
Contributing to wellbeing, risk and safety initiatives across a large and complex organisation
About you




You'll be an experienced WHS/HSW professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing positive change.
You thrive in complex environments, communicate with credibility, and bring a practical approach to risk management.
You may come from:
Research, laboratory or scientific environments
Universities or higher education
Healthcare or hospitals
Manufacturing or regulated industries
Government or large complex organisations
The ideal candidate
3+ years' experience in a WHS/HSW advisory, partnering or consulting role
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Experience supporting risk management, investigations and safety initiatives
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications in WHS, OHS or a related discipline highly regarded
