About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Sales Coordinator to manage vehicle deals from point of sale through to delivery, supporting the sales team and keeping the order process running smoothly.
Duties
Manage vehicle deals from point of sale through to customer delivery.
Coordinate vehicle movements, suppliers,registrationsand delivery schedules.
Raise repair orders and progress vehicles through the PDI process.




Conduct regular stock takes andmaintainaccurateinventory and order records.
Liaise with sales consultants,suppliersand internal teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
Skills and experience
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using computer systems, accounting software,spreadsheetsand pricing tools.
Automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience highly regarded.
Strongorganisationand communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Proactive,adaptableand willing to learn complex processes; comprehensive training is provided.

$70K–$75K base + commission/per-deal incentives, with annual salary reviews and increases.
Monday to Friday, flexible 8–4 or 9–5 start and finish times.
