NBMLHD's Nepean Hospital seeks a Nurse Manager – Staffing & Allocations to lead the Nursing staffing coordination, allocate resources, and maintain safe, high-quality patient care across shifts.
You will report to Nursing Leaders, collaborate with Operational Managers and multidisciplinary teams, drive workforce strategies, and develop a high-performing, positive workplace culture using data and workforce systems.
Temporary Full time, 38 hours/week, $*****–$***** per hour, Nepean Hospital.
