We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter who is motivated to progress into a Junior Site Manager role within 24 months.
This position is ideal for a hands-on trade professional who wants to expand their leadership, coordination, and commercial skills while remaining actively involved in in office carpentry work.
The role combines day-to-day carpentry leadership with structured exposure to site management responsibilities, mentoring, and formal development.
Skills & Experience
Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior carpenter
Strong understanding of residential or commercial construction
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Excellent communication and leadership skills
