Our residential aged care home has 105 places offering permanent, respite and specialised dementia care.

We are specifically looking for a Clinical Support Nurse (Registered Nurse) to work along side our Clinical Care Coordinator.
We need an experienced RN who has:
Aged care experience
Knowledge ofAccreditation and local government standards
Knowledge of AN-ACC
Experience with care planning, assessments and documentation
Experience in staff and student on boarding, mentoring staff on the floor.
Experience with managing training / education matrix's and booking in student placements.
Experience working in a person-centred care workplace
Competence with IT systems and willingness to learn new systems
Current AHPRA registration
Current COVID-19 vaccinations
Current Police check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check




We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following attributes:

We would love you to have (not essential):
Specialised dementia care experience or other clinical skills
Post-graduate qualifications
