Turosi Pty Ltd is seeking an IT Support Officer (Lvl 1) to join our Thomastown-based IT team.
You will provide Level 1 and 2 technical support across multiple sites, resolving incidents and guiding users through Microsoft 365, Windows environments and enterprise apps.
You'll configure devices, support System Center/ITSM workflows, and assist with Business Central and SAP.
