About the role
We are seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer for a 12-month contract to join a prominent organization that is currently transforming its digital landscape.
This role involves collaborating with a dynamic Agile product team to enhance various digital products that positively affect a large user base.
You will play a key role in designing user-friendly, accessible, and engaging experiences from initial concept to final implementation.

What you'll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration.
Requirements




Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Nice to have
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
