Due to continued growth, we're looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Permanent Travel Division in Sydney.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver outstanding hiring solutions across the travel sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
Maintaining strong relationships with longstanding clients.
Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates into permanent positions.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement.




Providing expert market advice to both clients and candidates.
Achieving individual and team recruitment targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in the travel industry or recruitment.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, organised and motivated by success.
Able to work independently while contributing to a cooperative team culture.
Enthusiastic, resilient and eager to build a long-term career.
