This is not a traditional Delivery Manager role. We're looking for someone who combines strong delivery leadership with a genuine background in data and technology. You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of a portfolio of enterprise data, analytics and AI initiatives while managing technical teams and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
You'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives ranging from data platform enhancements and enterprise reporting programs through to machine learning and AI-driven products.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple data and AI initiatives
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resourcing
Lead and mentor engineers and technical specialists
Drive delivery excellence across a complex matrix environment
Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
Manage risks, dependencies and delivery roadmaps across multiple workstreams
Support capability uplift and foster a high-performing team culture
Balance commercial outcomes with technical delivery considerations

Skills we are looking for:
Experience delivering large-scale data, analytics or AI initiatives
A strong understanding of modern data platforms and engineering practices
Previous leadership experience managing technical teams
Proven success delivering complex technology programs in agile environments
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience operating within large, matrixed organisations
Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and delivery outcomes
