We are currently seeking aselfmotivatedandsales focused professionalto be a key member of our talented team as aTrip Coordinatorin a phone based revenue collecting role that has a robust focus on sales, along with customer service.




Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationshipswith booked travellers
Manage trip payments and set up payment plans
Meetrevenue and outbound call targets
Provideoutstandingcustomerservicethroughout the pre-departure process
Assist with visa advice and documentation
Who We're Looking For:
Motivated byhitting targetsanddelivering results
Confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building rapport
Proven sales experience(phone-based sales strongly preferred)
Comfortablehandlingobjectionsand closing sales
Detail-oriented withstrongorganisationalskills
Positive, proactive, and agenuine passion for travel
What's In It for You?
Full timeTuesday to Saturdayrole (6am - 2pm)
Hybridrole (2 days in office, 3 from home)
