We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide admin support to our busy Community Services Care Partners. This varied role will be offered as a
full time 6-month fixed term contract
located on the Limestone Coast.

Provision of general clerical and administrative support to Care Partners
Demonstrating excellent customer service by assisting visitors and clients by handling inquiries and providing information promptly
Responding to client queries regarding accounts
Maintain appointment calendar/s
Data entry and production of required corporate, program and government reports
Processing of accounts and payment of invoices through the Resthaven electronic payment software and AlayaCare
