Our client, a major player in the Western Australian energy sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Property & Business Services team on a 2-year max term contract.
This is a genuine end-to-end project management role covering the scoping, delivery, and handover of a diverse portfolio of construction projects — from residential properties and commercial buildings to logistics stores, laydown areas, and ad hoc facilities works. You'll be the person driving these projects from business case through to asset handover, with no dedicated project or contract administration support, this role owns the full lifecycle.
The Role
Manage end-to-end delivery of minor through to major construction projects, including office refurbishments and fit-outs
Scope, prepare, and present business cases and cost estimates, including to Executive and Board level
Manage procurement and administration of construction and delivery contracts
Coordinate all engineering and project services required for successful delivery
Manage operational readiness activities and ensure a smooth, fully documented asset handover

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure all work is delivered in line with health & safety, procurement, and project management frameworks
Travel to regional WA sites and depots as required
About You
Extensive experience managing construction projects- new build, fit-out, and refurbishment, ideally including office refurbishment/fit-out (this is not a fit-out-only, telecoms, or civil works role)
Experience with fire remediation projects highly regarded
Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle: business case development, procurement, contract administration, delivery, and handover
Comfortable owning project administration and documentation directly, without dedicated PA/CA support
Government or regulated-industry experience advantageous
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
Current WA C or C-A class driver's licence
Willingness and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
Available to start from 1st September ****
Why Apply
A chance to join a small team & make real impact
Genuine autonomy and end-to-end ownership over a wide-ranging and meaningful project portfolio
