This is an initial 3-month temporary contract with an immediate start available, offering the potential for extension. Working within a busy technology team, you'll provide Level 2/3 support across end-user technologies, business systems and Microsoft platforms.
Please note this role is based onsite in Melbourne CBD five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across the business;
Set up and support laptops, mobile devices, monitors and peripherals;
Manage user onboarding, offboarding and account provisioning;
Support Microsoft 365, Azure and end-user computing environments; and
Resolve technical issues and service requests within a high-volume support environment.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 IT Support / Service Desk role;
Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint;
Exposure to Azure, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop and hybrid Active Directory environments;
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach; and
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.
Experience with Intune and PowerShell will be highly regarded.
