Join our dedicated and friendly team at Open Endoscopy as an ENDOSCOPY Registered and Endorsed Nurse on a casual basis. This role will see you providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in our state-of-the-art Day Hospitals located in Coburg and Sunshine, VIC.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the preparation and set-up of endoscopy suites and equipment
Monitoring patients before, during and after endoscopic procedures
Administering medications and providing nursing care as directed by medical staff
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Ensuring a high standard of infection control and patient safety at all times
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
What we're looking for




Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Substantial experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, particularly in endoscopies and colonoscopies
Demonstrated expertise in infection control, patient monitoring and medication administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, families and the healthcare team
Solid organisational abilities and the capacity to work calmly under pressure
A commitment to providing the highest standards of patient-centered care
