About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to join our Cambridge Depot team. This hands‐on role offers the opportunity to travel throughout Tasmania and work on a diverse range of construction projects. Regular travel and working away from home are required, while enjoying the benefits of a 9-day fortnight.
Providing hands‐on support and assistance to Electrical Tradespeople across construction projects
Assisting with digging pole holes, earth trenches, and general yard/depot duties
Reading and following work instructions, plans and safety requirements
Undertaking all work in accordance with company policies, quality systems, HSE procedures and statutory requirements
Contributing to a positive team culture with a robust focus on safety, quality and customer service

About You
Hands‐on experience using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team in a rapid-paced and changing environment
Current Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)
High Risk Work Licence (Forklift and/or C2 Crane highly desirable)
Blue/White Card (OHS Construction Induction Card)
