We are now growing our sales team and seekinghigh-performing, customer-focused Sales Consultantsto join this leading BYD dealership.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant at BYD Caroline Springs, you will welcome customers into our flagship showroom, showcase BYD's latest electric vehicles, and guide them through a seamless purchase process.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers in our full BYD dealership showroom
Present BYD vehicles, explain EV technology, and provide in-person demonstrations
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models and configurations
Maintain relationships with timely follow-up and excellent customer care
Guide customers through the complete EV buying journey: enquiries, test drives, quotations, CRM updates, and contract signing
Work closely with theService & Workshop teamsto ensure smooth delivery and aftersales experience
Support dealership events, test drive days, and promotional activities
Achieve individual and dealership sales KPIs




Stay up to date on vehicle arrivals, product updates, and EV trends
What We're Looking For
Required
1-2+ years of experience in automotive, retail, luxury goods, technology sales, or real estate
Solid communication and customer engagement skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs
Professional presentation and strong customer service mindset
Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced dealership environment
Willingness to learn EV products and CRM systems
Highly Regarded
Automotive dealership experience
Experience in full-service or high-volume retail dealerships
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability
Bilingual ability (English + Mandarin) preferred but not required
What We Offer
$60,000 base salary + Superannuation
Uncapped commissions - realistic OTE $90,000-$120,000+
BYD product training: EV features, sales processes, CRM, customer experience
