About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our operations team. This is a varied, hands-on role responsible for managing incoming goods, dispatching finished products, and maintaining our high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
This position would suit someone who enjoys staying organised, takes pride in accuracy, and is looking for a long-term career with a growing Australian manufacturer.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in warehousing, dispatch, stores, or quality assurance is desirable but not essential.
Forklift licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain).
Good computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and production software.




Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and working on your feet throughout the day.
Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming goods and materials.
Check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damaged stock.
Organise and maintain warehouse inventory and storage locations.
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare freight documentation and coordinate transport with freight providers.
Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and other equipment.
Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products.
Ensure products meet Forte Healthcare's quality standards before dispatch.
Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.
Maintain clean, organised and safe warehouse and dispatch areas.
Work closely with production and purchasing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
