The Job
You'll take ownership of the customer journey from the moment an installation is booked until the job is completed.
Working closely with installers, suppliers and customers, you'll coordinate installations, manage scheduling and paperwork, solve problems as they arise, and ensure every project is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating installations from booking through to completion
Ordering hardware and managing stock
Processing compliance paperwork, warranties and audits
Liaising with installers, suppliers and customers
Resolving issues to keep projects moving
Supporting the wider operations team
No two days are the same, and you'll play a critical role in delivering the five-star customer experience we're known for.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:00pm during training, moving to 10:00am–6:00pm once settled.
You
Experience in operations, construction, trades, engineering or solar is a bonus—but not essential.
We're looking for someone who is:
