Service Manager
within our business.
We specialise in Yamaha, Husqvarna, KTM and MV Agusta: providing all facets of spare parts and accessories, new and used motorcycles and a service department. This is an exciting role in a local, family-owned and independent business, with a fully equipped workshop.

The Role:
Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure successful operation of the service department
Manage all day-to-day operations in a busy workshop
Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met
Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians




Schedules and assign jobs and work areas to employees in the Service Department according to their skills and knowledge
Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing
Ensure all departmental tools, equipment and vehicles are in valuable working order
Manage recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.
8.30am - 5,00pm Monday to Thursday
8.00am - 5.00pm Friday
9.00am - 1.00pm Saturday
About You:
Experience in Service Manager or Advisory role in automotive or motorcycles
Exceptional customer service and people management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret
Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic able to motivate and support your team
Passionate about motorcycles
Business acumen
Salary and remuneration level will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
